When texas holdem is played in a knockout tournament, how is the progression of the blinds affected by a player being knocked out. For instance, if player A was to the left of the big bling, player B was the big blind, player C was the small blind and player D was the dealer and player C was knocked out, what positions would everyone be in in the next round?

my network adapter is already built into the PS2, and has room for a erthnet cat-5 cable, do i just plug the cat-5 into the back of the PS2 n plug the other into the back of my wireless router (4 ports, 1 controlled by pc, 3 open)? n then should it work?

I'd like to buy a traditional hobby horse. I don't want one that looks like its made out of plastic or that makes silly electronic noises. I have a dsl modem hooked up to my linksys wireless router in my living room. About 60 feet away is my entertainment room which has my xbox 360. Is there any (cheaper than $100 microsteal's wireless xbox network adapter) way to connect my 360 to the router wirelessly? I can not setup the modem + router in the entertainment room itself because there is no phone line to connect with the modem.
I'm not sure what I need and am wondering what my options are. (Besides, running an ethernet or phone line to the room would require 60 ft of cabling I'd rather do without)
