Why don't you just download the manual for your sewing machine?

The stitch length selector is generally a dial that allows you to determine how long a stitch will be.

The bobbin winder is a thing on top (usually) of the machine that winds thread from a spool onto a bobbin.

I've no idea what a stop motion wheel is.

A bobbin is that little mini spool that goes underneath the slide plate.

A slide plate is the removable metal plate that the cloth moves over while you sew.

The needle clamp is the thing that holds the machine's needle in place.

If you can't figure out what a motor is, step away from the machine.

stitch length selector - the dial or mechanism that lets you choose longer or shorter stitches
bobbin - the miniature spool of thread below the stitching area, which interlocks with thread from the regular spool located on top of the machine
bobbin winder - use this to load thread from a regular spool onto the bobbin
slide plate - this is located below the needle, above the bobbin and slides open to give you access to the bobbin
stop motion wheel - allows you to stop the needle from going up and down when you are using the bobbin winder
needle clamp - holds the needle in the machine. Needles break and different kinds of needles are used for different fabrics, so the clamp allows you to change the needle.
motor - like a motor in any device, it makes it go
