If the gambling site is a member of eCOGRA or the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, then you can go to their website and file a grievance.

Find out more about each of these organizations at the links below.

Kahnawake Gaming Commission: http://www.theonlinecasinogamblingdirectory.com/kahn.htm

If the site that you played with is not a member of either of these organizations, then you may want to play at a site that is a member.

Kahnawake Gaming Commission: http://www.theonlinecasinogamblingdirectory.com/s.php?as_kah=1

Best of luck!

A gambling website taking your money? Talk to your Internet provider. Tell them to pull your plug, 'cause you don't have a responsible bone in your body.

No where! That is why the US has made it illegal to use those sites, there is NO control over them.

Hopefully the lesson you learned was not a serious loss of money and you won't use any gambling web site again.

It depends on what you mean by taking your money if it's money you have played then your up the creek but if it's money you had on deposit try to contact the site first. Talk to the citizens advice, gamblers anonymous later.

You should stop making excuses on gambeling and just stop wasting money. If you lose money through your credit card talk to your bank branch and tell them to stop any transactions from your account to where money is going to.
