This site uses text, video, and screenshots to describe known superbounce locations, and how to use them.
To find your own, the basic trick is to duck into an area where your character can't stamp-up from a crouch.. let go of the crouch button and walk into a nearby wall, being held down by whatever it is that wont let your straighten up. As you slowly walk against the wall, it's called "charging up". You've basically pushed your character partway out of alignment with the level.
Then you turn and move to like a ledge or something, and jump so that you land on a geometry crack. If you hit it right, your character's "location point" will go into the crack, and register as being trapped, which will shoot you up into the air to get you out of the ground.
To see geometry cracks, pull up your friend's list while in the level, and then return to the game.. you'll see the basic lines that makes up the levels geometry for a second. You're looking for lines that are created by different angles. running into each other. THe more the merrier, but generally you need at least three angles hitting the same spot.
Hit it from the right angle, and when you land on it: Boing!
There's other types, this is just one type you can look around for..
