Seeking to find a knitted Granny Square Afghan pattern. Does anyone know where I might look to find this pattern?

Actually, the second link Angelfood gave has a few knit patterns for the granny square. Just scroll down a little and you will see the links. I couldn't find any other specific patterns... I think the holes are difficult to replicate, but using different colored yarns and doing various textures (ie cable knit, square, paralellograms, etc.) will give a silimar feel to the afghan.

The classic Granny Square pattern is crocheted - not knitted. Here is a site that has various knitted squares...but you won't find the "Granny Square" - at least not the "classic" one.

I don't have that pattern but all you have to do is google knitting, pattern, free and you will find some amazing sites that offer tons of free patterns.
