im an average gamer and im wonderin how long is the gameplay for gears of wars? cuz i was thinking about tony hawks project 8. anyone know?

It Will take you only about 12 hours to beat the game on easy but it will take 17 to 20 on Hardcore and the INSANE Difficulty could take you weeks because its so hard and make sure you bring a friend for the Insane difficulty because its almost impossibly with out one!
The Multilayer will keep you playing for years to come I would compare it to the Halo Multilayer.
If I Had to choose between Tony Hawks Project 8 and Gears of War I would take Gears of War Hands Down. Its not that Project 8 is a bad game Its juts that Gears of War is Awesome!

If you rush through the game on easy it will take you 6-8 hours. But if you take your time and have fun on hardcore, insane or even easy it will take you anywhere from 12-25 hours to complete. The game is somewhat short, and is replayable. Resident Evil 4 was a short game if you rushed through it, but if you took your time and had fun, it is really fun and long. Plus the multiplayer has an endless fun factor.

My bf and I played it on Casual for three hrs saturday and then about 3 hrs on sunday and beat it. We are now going through it on Hardcore. Since we are only able to spend time together on the weekend to play it will be a while before we finish.

bought the game yesterday at 1:00pm with a friend .. we played straight thru to the end of the game on hardcore and conquered it at about 11:00
