Aren't aspartame, saccharine, sucrulose and sorbital all sugar substitutes? Why would it be necessary to put both sugar and a sugar substitute in something? Am I the only person who thinks that’s pointless? If there is a good reason for it, please tell me what that reason is.

a WHOLE day just to put dinner on the table?

Here in L.A. Calif, milk is $6, bread is $5, Bacon $6, and cereal $5, eggs$4. So if you make $6 an hour at 8 hours, you are paying $26 for just breakfast, not to mention butter, heat, the pan, and your energy. So you have to work nearly 5 hours FOR BREAKFAST ON THE TABLE. Now, dinner, let's say chicken dinner with potatoes-- a whole chicken is $8 and potatoes $3= $11. Total for day is $36 meaning you work 6 hours just for breakfast and dinner.
Years from now it's going to get worse. I live in Los Angeles, the prices are high. Give your state and price on things.

everytime i drink milk or eat ice cream, it feels like my throat swells up, and its harder to breathe and swallow for about 15-30 minutes, depending on how much i eat. i don't have problems with cheese or anything like that. i'm allergic to fruits and veggies and whenever i eat those, my throat closes/swells and its harder for me to swallow and breathe. it feels the same as when i drink milk and ice cream, and i'm just realizing it now. it doesn't happen everytime i eat ice cream or drink milk, but like 1 out of every 3 times, and makes it very uncomfortable for me. also, it hurts like i need to burp or something, but i can't. so am i lactose intolerent, or have a milk allergy or something? what's going on..
also, is there any relief for my throat, that feels swollen?

If chicken is so cheap and abundant, why is a chicken sandwich the most expensive thing on the fast food menu?

Ground beef at the store: $3/lb
Chicken at the store: $1/lb

Double cheeseburger at McDonald's: $1
Grilled chicken sandwich at McDonald's: $4

What gives?

I have heard a few people claim that eating green bits of discoloured potatoes is dangerous, that these bits are poisonous. I can't say I have ever heard of anyone anywhere ever being hospitalised after eating a bit of green tatty. So id it a fact or an urban myth?

- Coconut Oil
- Sweet Almond Oil
- Pure Avocado Butter
- Shea Butter

Preferably "common" stores where I can find at least one of the above.
I plan on using these on my hair. A family member gave me some coconut oil for my ringlets and it worked so well, and I wanted to get more.

Thank youuu.

tunafish.

I love tuna on sushi but i hate tunafish, all kinds. chunk light chunk white, in oil, in water, doesn't matter i still can't stand it. but raw tuna...great.

milk, have you ever smelled milk? even if fresh. It smells bad no matter how fresh it is, take a good whiff and tell me if you can see if it's bad.

that's all i got for now,
I had more but I lost my train of thought.

but i do think sense of smell is most strongly tied to memory. I forget faces, forget touches, rarely but i do, forget sounds, and taste. but when a certain scent hits me...i can go nuts.
