Sometimes I choose them, and they're good. Sometimes I choose them, and they're...not so good. How can you tell if a watermelon is good as you pick them from the batch at the store?

i've always found milk hard to drink and we all know that calcium is an essential part of our diet.
so please suggest some delish ways to drink milk:
i've got -
- tea (but it's not v healthy nor does it contain much milk)
- fruit smoothie (time consuming and makes a mess)
- marketed powders especially designed to be stirred into milk (not necessarily healthy)
any little tips & simple recipes would be great!

Some yogurt brands only sell plain, and some sell vanilla. Is there really a difference between the two??

I've never really got why people eat a lot of Ice cream when they're feeling down or guilty about something.

I tried finding out why but people are that obsessed with weight and callories that's all you get when you ask such a question.. *Sigh*.

So, does anyone know?

There used to be a group that met weekly to dine out at restaurants. It folded before I ever tried it.
