A Vegan would say yes.

Is it a fruit, grain, vegitable, dairy or sweet?

Lacto-Ovo vegitarians eat milk and egg products.
Pesco Vegitarians eat fish.
Vegans usually don't even eat honey.
A Lacto Vegitarian doesn't eat eggs and might call them meat, but most vegitarians don't think of it that way (or they'd be hypocrits), The ones that do they usually call themselves Vegans

eggs are given by chicken & when its matures another
chicken comes out, so it is in meat category.
