Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and I understand how you want to find some breakfast foods that actually fill you up for a while. I would suggest oatmeal (Quaker makes a really yummy oatmeal called Healthy Heart), Egg Beaters or egg white omelets with low fat cheese, Kashi cereal (or any other high fiber, low fat cereal) or Kellogg Special K Waffles. They have hardly any fat. Bon Appetite!

I like slow-cooked oatmeal for that, especially McCann's. It has a nice nutty flavor, and is low in fat. You can add some fruit or nuts for flavor and a little more substance.

low fat yogurt with some fresh fruit, and either nuts or granola mixed in. It's sort of like the yogurt parfait's they have at McDonald's, only better, because you mix in what you like.
I like peach yogurt, with half a banana, and some slivers of almonds mixed in..........I even put it in the freezer for a few minutes so it's nice and cold, yum!
