anything high in omega 3 oils. (you already mentioned fish)
i think that avocado and almonds are also considered brain foods but you can get supplements from health food shops witht this in also!

There are no foods that specifically feed your brain. Did you imagine there are little guys in your gut that separate out what you eat and send it to separate parts? Maybe through a pnuematic tube system or little conveyor belts?
What you eat affects every part of you, hence the saying you are what you eat. Eat junk and your body will perform like junk.

Some brain foods are wild salmon, cacao beans, coffee beans, matcha (green tea powder), blueberries, turmeric, sage and walnuts.
