...take a "Hot" toasted English muffin... "slap" it with some peanut butter (I like chunky myself)...then several slices of banana pushed down into the gooey-peanut butter... and if you've got some marshmallow "fluff"... "slap" some of that on it... Oooooo... with an iced cold glass of milk !!!!
