skim is fat free, while whole milk has had no fat removed

The fat has been removed from skim milk- a difference of 8g fat and 70 calories per 8 ounces.
Sorry-milk man is wrong-skim milk is fat free-1% and 2% are just considered low fat.

total milk has so lots greater fat than Skim milk. It tastes quite thick. Skim milk is in simple terms water downed total milk. i admire skim milk with truffles ( i assume the truffles defeat the purpose of eating skim milk)!!

Skim milk has almost no fat in it. It's almost like it's watered down so to say. My mom would do that with 2% milk, add some ice cubes and let them melt. Whole milk has the most fat in it, and it actually tastes/feels thicker as well. I prefer 1%...

put simply, skim milk has less fat than whole milk. there are 4 milk types in the marketplace each with varying degrees of fat: whole milk (4%), reduced fat milk (2%), skim milk (1%), and fat free milk (0%).

whole milk is good for kids but bad for adults b/c of the amount of fat and kids need fat

Skim milk just has less fat than whole milk, but with the same nutritional value.

I find that it tastes less creamy.

whole milk has way more fat and skim milk has barely any fat.
thats the only difference. :)
