well, it isnt that you had too high a quantity, but as for the quality....First, is this your average daily food intake? remember, you can have about one day in every two weeks where you live a little and eat chocolate, ice cream, smoothies, and starbucks. (one grande frappuccino has 480 calories!!!!) Make sure that every day you have fruit, veggies, protein, some dairy, and minimum fats oils and sugars. Also, you need to make sure you have a good size breakfast, as this is the most important meal of the day. What you listed, (cheese stick 3 chicken tenders half a bell peper and 2 small pieces of chocolate) might be a good dinner (except for the chocolate, lol) it is hardly enough for the day. Where was breakfast or lunch? And if you are an adult (21 and up) you should weigh about 125 to 150, but not under 100! My niece is in 7th grade,and she weighs 107, which is good for her age! And shes 12! So, too answer your question, "is this too much food? " DEFINITELY NOT!! Hope this helps!

Actually that is far too little food and of the wrong type. Too much fat, not enough complex carbohydrates or protein, not nearly enough vitamins/minerals and not even enough calories.
You weigh 98 pounds, you think this may be too much food-I think you have an eating disorder.

well that depends......did you eat that in just one day? if yes then no! of course not......don't worry about your wieght unless you are eating chocolate evryday.....like 4 bars a day! just make sure you eat vegetables and fruits everyday, and not like a lot, i mean like 5 servings...also eat meats and grains throughout the day. cereal also counts as grains.....but ya...if you are thinking that is a lot of food...i think you should see a doctor....=(...o ya! and b4 i forget, make sure you excersize 2! ok bye! luv ya!

it depends on how much energy u spend a day! if u spend a lot, u have to eat a lot, but if u just keep this energy, it wiser u think better about ur health otherwise u may have future problem...
