I've been drinking about 2-5 cokes a day for probably about 2 years. My body pretty much relies on it to function. If I don't drink one, I usually get tired really early, like around 8:30 or 9:00. How can I get off my addiction? Cross country is starting at my high school soon, and I'm a pretty good runner, but I'd like to improve as much as I can. Oh, and I'm not drinking diet, caffeine free, Splenda, ect.
P.S. I'm drinking my third of the day right now.
