In college one of my friend's and I would get late night munchies and sometimes all we had was a box of mac and cheese. No butter, not milk, so we'd use a little bit of water, It worked okay, although it wasn't as yummy.

you could try mushroom soup, mayo, gravy, or a combination of the above. I have try most of these and depending on your tastes you know what flavors you like . You may want to experiment with just a little portion of a box of mac and cheese

you can use watered down cream as a substitute. If you don't have any cream, then try canned soup or powdered soup mix...apart from that, there isn't very much else to replace milk.
