I get my fruit already from the lime Jell-O snack packs which I microwave, but I want more vegetables now as there are not lima bean or broccoli Jell-O snack packs...so, I was wondering if cookies, crackers, and things with plenty of vegetable oil is a nice way to receive my vegetable servings.

Eat potato chips, silly!

But to anyone who took your question seriously, vegetable oil will not substitute for vegetables, since it's an oil and considered a fat. Everyone needs to get a wide variety of fruits and vegetables in their daily diet in order to maximize on the vitamins, minerals and nutrients, which are best gotten from food, as opposed to supplements. Supplements don't give us 90% of what the body needs.

ha ha!
You can get extra vegetables by adding some to all the things you eat. When you open a jar of spaghetti sauce, chop up some onions and green peppers and toss them in (nuke them in the microwave first).
When you have a sandwich, add lots of lettuce and tomato.

Yes, and when that makes you sick, maybe Dr Pepper will write you a prescription for some Dairy Queen to get you your daily supply of calcium.

Don't kid yourself, kid!
