Eat less. Skip the fast food and try a sslad with chickenor turkey. Skip the sweet stuuf, Sweets give a high followed by a low.

It took a while after I cut way back on my sugar intake for my body to adjust but I beat it. Also was in the early stages of recovery from alcohol & other nasty drugs. Lot's of sugar in many alcoholic beverages. Drink diet soda. Regular soda has 18 teaspoons of sugar per 12 ounce can.

You're probably taking in too many carbs. Try cutting back on them and eating more fresh foods and good quality meats. Protein gives you energy. Carbs give you a quick burst of energy and then it drops. Read up on high protein/low carbs.
