Today I went to Applebees for lunch and I feel like I ate SO much food! I had a Bananaberry smoothie (nonfat), and a grilled oriental chicken wrap with lots of sauce inside. (i only ate a little more than half the wrap, and i got a side of rice pilaf, which i didn't finish.) Still, I feel like a pig because i'm so full. I don't want to purge or anything(eww), but what should I do for the rest of today? I plan on working out quite a bit!!
