I have a receipe that calls for half bacon fat(grease) and half butter...it is delicious...Home fried chicken is alway the best in my opinion!

I like making mine at home and marinating the chicken in buttermilk for a few hours then dipping it in flour mixed with Tony Cachere's seasoning and frying it in fresh hot vegetable or peanut oil. It is the best and way better than take out baby.

The best fried chicken was at Pioneer Chicken. I remember that from when I was a kid in California... I think they all went out of business, though :(

i like fried chicken when it is soaked in egg with black pepper in it, then rolled in bread crumbs and then fried. its really delicious. especially with fried rice or spaghetti dish.

kennedy's up by park circle has the best. They're open until like 4 in the morning and you can even buy some liquor and crack while your there.
