I drink pop about 2-3 times a week, and I have relatives, that think Pop(soda) is really bad for you, but they always drink beer. Tell Me that Pop (soda) is healthier! because, I dont drink beer at all. I find it gross and unneccasary!

Do you find yourself not being interested in eating and when you do you are bored with it and can barely get anything down. I've hardly been eating. If I'm hungry I just don't feel like making anything so eat chips or a quick peanut butter sandwich or something. Is this normal?

Some people like to eat out and some people like to take lunch with them to work/school. Give suggestions how to take food like banana which smells or take food like pasta etc which is needed to be reheated again. ( lunchbox, ziplocs, brown bags and what not ). Also give suggestions about the hot beverages, soups and cut fruit and salads:)
