IT IS OK . I ONLY EAT 2 SLICES OF BREAD A DAY AND IT IS THE SARA LEE 100% GRAIN BREAD BUT ANY WAY I EAT IT IN THE MORNING SO THAT WAY IT GIVES YOU ENERGY AND CARBS IN THE MORNING REALLY GET YOUR MATABOLISM GOING

If you HAVE to eat bread while dieting, multi grain is the best way to go. It's got the most nutrition, and complex carbohydrates. Keep it down to 2 slices a day.

Supermarkets now have low carb breads. Oroweat 100% Whole Wheat Light is one brand. Only 11 grams of carbs per two slice serving.

For dieting, you want "whole grain bread" not multi-grain.
