I think I'm going to be lost in Eggmans Joke and never be found...lol

If you like Swiss Cheese, you should try Lorraine Swiss Cheese from the deli section of the grocery store. It is not overwhelming but has a distinctly Swiss flavor that it just wonderful. It's absolutely the best for a Ham and Cheese Sandwich.

A really good cheese for Crackers is a good Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Yummy!

Have a good night

The best cheese you can get is what they call "government cheese". If you've never tasted any you are in for a treat. Why is it the bset cheese? It's the best because usually when the gov. gives anything to children they want to make sure noone can say it isn't healthy, and because it makes the best grilled cheese sandwichs you've ever eaten!

When the weather is hot and humid, you've got to eat Limburger - on really dense rye bread with salt and pepper with an ice cold beer! FAB! (Have you any idea how difficult it has been to get Limburger cheese this past month??)

On a burger, a slice of Jalapeno Havarti goes best!

Got crackers? Top with brie or Camembert and melt in the microwave for a couple of seconds.

Land O lakes White (HAHA)

Actually depends on what you are doing it. I think any good aged medium soft cheddar is great just on versatility principle.
