You are right...if you stay away from the fries (if that is what they are) and the sugary drinks. The salad is okay....its the dressing that will kill you.
I cook my own burgers and fry my own fries. I also grind my own meat (round steak, chuck, cross rib, etc..) Very lean. When I pan fry it w/ some canola oil...it soaks up the oil...it does not render any fat. I double "cook" my fries (potatoes). they taste good even when they get cold. When McD's fries get cold, they are not edible...how/why do they do that?
To double cook your fries, first bake your potatoes (easiest way). I usually just bake more potatoes for dinner than I need. Put the extras in the fridge in a ziploc until I want some fries. Cut (french) the potatoes then fry then in 350-375 degree canola (or whatever) oil until crisp. Salt right after taking them out of the fryer...this is important. Also, try grinding some fresh pepper on them...once you try them w/ pepper, you will not go back to just salt!! (Shhhh....don't tell McD...they will soon be doing it)

Could be. If you eat salads w/ 2 packets of creamy full-fat dressing, you may as well eat a burger instead. Choose a light version of dressing, and use sparingly, and you'll be fine.

there both a similar i.e to a lot of both and your die do not try the idea o.k. yet bare in options that you may stay off rice for alongside time yet on the different hand you may want to go away off of meat for alongside time yet no longer continuously until eventually blended both! How lengthy i'm no longer confident i wager that relies upon on you yet some can stay longer than others.

somewhat true.
say if you eat the bugers everyday you might die of heart attack b/c of the cholesterol content.
If you eat their salads everyday you might end up doing of a solicited diseased associated with diabetes, b/c of the high sugar content that is found in the salads. (Since you can't exactly die of diabetes)
Choose the way you want to die first.

maybe not better for you, but not as healthy as they would have you believe. If you use all of the dressing the amount of fat and calories could be comparable to a big mac
