I work at a fast food restaurant and would like to bring in treats to the people that volunteered to work that day. Recipes for things that are quick, easy, and inexpensive to make would be appreciated.

All kids (6) , grandkids (12) will be there. Lots of friends, business associates and professionals as well. He is on the board of a college, so nothing embarrassing please. We were thinking of dressing the grandkids in clothes representing each decade. We are lost and need ideas for something really special.

I mean SIMPLE. Very few ingerdients, simple preperstion, something the kids can help with too.

Here are a couple of my favs:
Celery stuffed with cream cheese & shreddedcarrot. Or Cream cheese & diced ham.

Tiny cocktail bread with cashew butter & a slice of a strawberry.

Veggie dip: low fat sour cream, a pinch of salt, and a packet of Good Seasons Dressing mix. With baby carrots & pretzles.

Having over 10 adults/6 kids over on Sat 23rd at 2pm. I don't want to fix a big dinner- just to do it again on Monday. Any ideas for meal, sides, appetizers, etc? I am limited by: not being able to do a formal sit-down (not enough space), and a torn-up kitchen, so it's difficult to fix alot of warm dishes at once. Thinking deli tray for sandwiches, potato salad, etc, with some hot stuff- onion dip, maybe one or 2 warm dishes...?

My parents are coming for Christmas and I need to do a nice meal on a budget. Don't want to do the traditional ham and turkey, and HoneyBaked is out of the question this year. I've always been looked at as the one that always goes above and beyond - so I don't know what to do this year to make it nice, but at the same time not cost a small fortune. Any ideas would be appreciated...

I have got a fancy dress party on New Years eve. I need some suggestions. There isn't really a theme, it's just go as someone they will be able to recognise. A suggestion for my husband would be good as well. Maybe a famous couple? Or a couple in a film? Please help.

My cousin and I are turning 25 at the end of next year, and we ant to throw a huge 25th Birthday party. I wanted to know from people who have thrown over the top parties, how far in advance did you plan? And is a year too early to start planning?

The person in charge left word with the caterer not to give any food out to guests to take home but to save it for a childrens home to be delivered after the party.
