Yes, and it always tastes better, too.

Yes you usually can. Just bear in mind that if you are baking and substitute margerine with butter, the baked goods (cookies, muffins, whatever) will dry out faster than if you use margerine.

yes almost 98% of the time acctually you can do it no problem i think margerine is just healthyer and butter tends to give the recipie a thicker richer feel

Usually... some recipes were developed in the 80's when no one used real butter... but usually if a recipe means margarine and margarine alone, it will say "no subs" next to it.

Depends on the recipe. A cake or other baking - yes. Remember that butter burns quickly, so common sense as to 'how' you will be substituiting it.

You should easily be able to replace margarine with butter in any recipes. However not so easy to replace butter with margarine, especially in baking.

Totally! I usually do because it makes it richer and better tasting. Although you can substitute it, there are some things that will turn out a little different if you do.

Margarine is nasty. Always use butter. I don't care what anyone says about how fatty butter is; the chemicals in margarine are WAY worse for you.

Margarine is full of Carbons that will kill people. Use butter ~ YES it has FAT, but tastes better and your body KNOW's what to do with it.
