From your pseudonym you are obviously suffering from a huge inferiority complex as well as having a Walter Mitty like life. It is very rare to be able to eat monkey brains and if he did eat them and liked them then I'm sure if you ask him he'll confirm that no recipe is needed they are eaten raw immediately after the monkey has been killed by having the top of its cranium removed by a machete type instrument

All that "aerodynamic load' stuff kind of obscures the fact that a sustained (if I remember right) 40 mph wind supplied the energy to the system. At the end when the span falls, notice how strong the wind is by watching the spray of water. In metaphysical terms, what is the wind? Are there ways to 'be' so as to not be affected by what (if anything) serves as wind in a spiritual system? Your analogy assumes that there is some 'force' blowing at our monkey brains. If such is the case (stress?) the secret then would be to not react. Since we have free will, this can be learned. Whoever can make you react, controls you. This is the essence of hypnosis. What's that old church song? "I shall be unmoved" ? (Can't find link, it must have gone out of fashion.)

Monkey brains are quite difficult to source in the UK. You could use your own (it's about time you did), but the recipe calls for 4oz of brains and you might have difficulty finding that much.

Are you sure your friend said that he ate Monkey Brains?

If he said that he had Monkey Brains then he could be referring to a drink of that name which is made with Apelkorn and Baileys.

Which one please.

Just for fun:
