I tried the egg-white trick early on in the process (a year ago) and it clarified a bit, but not enough. Any ideas on what I can use to finish it? BTW, I am a pure organic wine maker (even the egg-white was one of my organic eggs) and only in desperation will I resort to the addition of some chemicals... Help?

the permit is legit, the party is a known block party where people can get drunk in the streets for one night only. they say that the cops wont give tickets away for being drunk in public, but what about people underage?? im really confused abuot if this party would actually be legit

My friend doesn't drink every day but every time that he does drink, he can't stop and ends up extremely drunk. He drinks every weekend but not during the week (usually). When I bring it up he gets angry and defensive and says that he is not an alcoholic because he doesn't drink every day. But the last time we were out with friends, he wound up at the bar taking shots by himself. How do I get him to realize that if this isn't a problem now, it will lead to one soon.

this popular wine maker was recently in a magazine article, explaining how a batch of chardonnay was messed up. it was then bottled and sold for a few dollars a bottle. however the stores could not keep it in stock. the wine has been refined, but is still sold.

I have tried different measurements of water and coffee, but my coffee keeps tasting horrible and it seemed to happen from one brew to the next - although there was a few weeks in between. Is my Mr. Coffee machine to blame? I use Dunkin Donuts, or Christopher Bean brand, but am still looking for my favorite. What is your favorite brand and brewing method. I like a lite to medium roast and would love to make a good pot at home for a change.

Hi,

I'm not an alocoholic because I don't depend on alcohol but I do love the taste of wine, especially oaked chardonnay or berry like red wine.

If I drink wine, I will drink a whole bottle in the evening. Sometimes, if my social life is fulll etc I could do this a few nights in a row.

Do you think a bottle in one evening is too much?
