Why do peolple who are trying to loose or maintain weight drink coors lite.. does it have les calories than other beers and how does it compare to bud lite... thanks

ive never heard of micelob ultra but ill keep and eye out for it... i think coors light is rank but see loads of women drinking it... yeuk

Coors Coors Light 4.2% ABV 102 Calories and 5.0 Carbs.
Less than most beers.
Oh, and Amy... Mich Ultra is tied for having the least. Amstel Light also has 95 calories... and it tastes better. Don't believe everything advertisements tell you. And the Vodka may not have any calories but the cranberry is loaded with them... 144 in the average 8 oz serving. Might as well stick with the beer if you are going to drink that.

lol methinks Phil M not a Coors fan.
They drink it cos it has less calories than regular beer. So does Bud Lite.

Good advise stay away from alcohool. If you are trying to stay fit and loose wait alcohool won't help. It does not matter if it's light or whatever brand. Than again why drink at all there are so many drunks out there and women who drink men look at them like dirt and use them as soon as they get a chance! Than drop you for someone nice who does not drink! Hope you take the advise.

Actually, and this is coming from a pro at drinking, michelob ultra has the least calories in a beer. It's an Anheiser product brewed specifically for those who watch their calorie intake. I prefer budweiser myself. I'm not a big fan of miller products, i think they taste like piss water. If you really wanna watch you calorie intake you should drink vodka and cranberry. It hardly has an calories in it and it tastes pretty good.

It has about 65% of the calories of regular beer, about the same as Bud Light.
But I don't recommend it for people who are trying to lose weight.

Yup - fewer calories. Not by much but if you're going to drink beer on your diet you might as well cut as many corners as you can!

Prob not it just seems better. Just like in the chippy when the plump bloke asks for fish n chips oh and a diet coke. (Then gets in a metro n strugles home).

it is a "lite beer" i'd say under a 100calories, but there are other beers that are light than that
