To drink alcohol responsibly you have to know how much you can drink without being drunk. Then you can limit your self to how many glasses u can have. An irresponcible adult would say i can have 3 without getting drunk and then have 5. Are you one of those people? I dont think there is a such thing as short term effects of alcohol. I meen who would have short term drunk ability??? NoBoDy!!! I am srry if that isnt what you want to here but there is no such thing.

Abuse is when you can't stop drinking, it interferes with your life and work, you need a drink just to function and probably more than one at that. You drink just to get rid of the shakes and you drink daily. Short term effects, Jitters, drowsiness, memory loss, loss of coordination, and blurred vision.
