Without a doubt it has to be Bulmers or Magners Cider. It is made from pure apple juice and natural spring water from the mountain wells and streams of South Tipperary and North Waterford in Ireland. It has a bite in it that will instantly satisfy a mighty thirst in seconds. Bulmers make their cider from their own apples plucked from the trees in their own orchards.

A nice Australian gummy chardonnay, and a decent brandy for a nightcap, but I do enjoy a Bloody Mary, or a Pernod and low cal schweppes tonic water.
