I am curious if it is a vinyard or a brewery that can help make multiple flavors of sangria for a restaurant.

One of my pet peeves is going to a restaurant and paying a 125% markup on a bottle of wine and then having the wine served in stubby IKEA glasses that don't allow the wine to express its flavours and aromas. Good quality stemware is so affordable these days, there is no excuse for that. Why can't restaurants take more pride in their service?

I actually remember the whole night too, i had about 7 glasses of merlot wine, 4 vodka and cranberrys, 2 jack and cokes, 2 captain and cokes, a sam adams, a shot of tequilla and a shot of some brandy. also had a fillet mignon somewhere between all that.

I live in the Ann Arbor area and I've been utterly unable to track down any Maraschino. In other cities that I've searched (Detroit, Grand Rapids), I've been met with the same frustration. My question is, have any of you ever been able to find any in this state? If so, where?

most drinks are 3 oz so perhaps two daquiris is the limit or a glass of wine + a beer? That would legally be about two beers? what are some signs of intoxication?
