Those are called "slumps" and have to be done in a kiln such as potters use to fire ceramics. The glass needs to get somewhere between 1200-1300ºF, depending upon the color, to slump. In the photo you attached, I think they removed the Heine label, slumped it, then re-glued it back on.

Eat less. When you drink on an empty stomach (not countin' the baby, oh course, ho. ho.) you can get drunk a lot quicker off less booze. If you really want to go the extra mile for the kid, you can bleed yourself. About 1/8 of a pint otta do the trick. After that one shot will feel like four. Now obviously I'm a guy so you're probly asking "Whut deos HE know?" I happen to be an authority on this subject as my mother did just what I describe to you and me I turn out fine.

easy u know how u flatten soda? just shake it up so the gases escape when u open it! there u go flattened beer! and just leave liquor un covered for two days and all the vapors escape flattened liquoer keep in fridge tho so bugs dont get in
