I have a bottle of Sake in a screw top bottle that was given to me several years ago. I was putting off drinking it for a special occassion, but have I left it too long and let it go off?

Does (unopened) Sake go off?

Okay, i was at kroger a few weeks ago and I saw this bottle of green alcohol sitting inbetween Hypnotiq (blue) and Xrated Fusion (pink), anybody know the name of it? It has caffeine, ginseng, and 2 other things in it.

Is tap water bad for you, can it make you sick?

I dont drink everyday,or all the time but whenever i have to do something that makes me nervous or do something social,then i drink beforehand. I use to drink beer before leaving the house but the effect didnt seem to work anymore so i switched to vodka. It works wonders for my anxiety but sometimes i forget what i've said after i've drank and i worry i embarassed myself but i cant remember. I dont know what else to do,last night i felt sick and the room was spinning but i know i will drink again when i need to,have a got a problem?

I've tried makign wine out of 100% pure grape juice, yeast, and sugar. I've let it sit for a few days, and it looks like it's done fermenting, but it gets a bit of murky colour, and smells/tastes a bit vinegarish. Any ideas on how to make it taste a little better? How long does it need to age after fermenting?
