Water bong would be like a gravity bong also, getting a bucket wit hwater and a large soda bottle with the bottom cut out, as you light it you pull up the bottle but not out of the water and then remove the foil or whatever got the dope and start sucking slowly

the water bong filters and cools the smoke as it passes through water while a regular bong is just straight smoke. Dont be a pot head, it will drag you down and you'll regret it one day. Better off just drinking once or twice a week if anything. See, all these pot head cant even answer the question. One has water in it...no ****.

cool and cleaner by all means the water bong is the way to go
I used both, an some other things! 25 years later I found my self
chained by both the bottle and the bong !

Well the smoke passes through the water it cools off the smoke and makes it easy to inhale. You will also be able to smoke more and not cough as much. I personally like a water bong more than a regular.

One has water in it.. the other does not... I thought the name pretty much summed up the differences.
By the way a water bong is way better, especially when you add some ice.
