I just started drinking Johnnie Walker Black and really enjoy it on the rocks.

I am new to Scotch and I'm looking for other brands to try.
What kinds would you recommend and why?

Do you recommend drinking them with a little water over ice, on the rocks, or straight up?

Thanks

I live in Las Vegas where there are bars that serve all kinds of beers from around the world. I have tried a few and liked some of them. I was wondering what some of the best ones were to try.

I am a huge fan of banana daiquiri's. I hate to taste the alchool in my drinks. The Keg serves a Chococlate Monkey Daiquiri that I adore, butcan't seem to replicate at home. I know that the Chocoloate Monkey Daiquiri is creamy, and has chocolate syrup in it, but no matter what combo of banan liquor, triple sec and bacardi rum I put together all I can taste is th ebitterness of the alcohol. What am I missing? How do you make a REALLY good Banana Daiquiri?

Can anyone suggest good RED wine? Not really into Merlots,it's a bit dry but something more than Zinfandel.
