I have a cheap bottle of champagne, the kind where you twist a metal top to open it. I'm supposed to twist it until I hear a pop, but it never happens. The top never seems to get tighter or looser no matter how much I twist it? Am I missing something or is there something wrong with the bottle? And to think this was supposed to make Champagne easier to open (lol)! Any help is appreciated.

Is it weird that if I have 1 beer I will feel relaxed, but if I have 2 I will get a pounding headache that makes me stop drinking and want to go to bed??
