Inniskillin from B.C. Canada is my favorite. they make several varieties of reds and whites and are highly rated internationally.

Wine Access magazine, a Canadian wine publication, just released the results of the 2006 Canadian Wine Awards. Chateau des Charmes, from Ontario's Niagara region, won Gold awards for best ice wine in both the Riesling and Vidal categories.
