If it hasn't been opened, it has the potential to be good for years. Many beers can be like wines in the sense that they can get better with age. Bottled beer tends to do a little better though.

Beer, whether refrigerated or not lasts 30 days in a keg and 90 days in a bottle starting from when it was bottled.

It will get flat pretty fast if you don't put a topper on it to hold in the carbonation. I would say even with a stopper it would last a couple of hours after it has already been opened.

As long as you don't ever let it get warm it should last forever.
