There was a bar in Beloit, Wisconsin called The City Limits that used to serve a drink called "Swampwater", does anyone know the recipe?

2 oz rum, 1/4 oz blue curacao, 1 oz orange juice, 1/2 oz lemon juice. fill mixing glass with ice. add ingredients, shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Its all the wrong mixed drinks from the previous weeks' sales...including all half drinks and unfinished drinks from night to night...squeezed out dish clothes that wiped spilled beer, wine, and all other alcoholic wipe ups!
It goes in one large barrel....called
