i am opening a new resturant in my town. i'm offering hamburgers and side dishes, coffee and pastries. i would like to offer something that would make my customers feel at home. like a nice wine or harty beer. would like to chat with someone in the business that could offer some advice on who to go with and what to serve. thanks lynn

Are there any alcoholic shots aside from jello shots that are sweet or at least not so harsh? And if I may sneak in another question... what exactly does licking salt and sucking a lemon slice do?

The drink is made by dropping a shot glass full of whiskey into a full mug of beer. But why is it called a boilermaker? My friend said it had something to do with Princeton, but he didn't know what. Boilermaker is also the name of the Purdue University sports teams and alumni.

I'm not a big adult beverage drinker, never was. I've had white russians ( i like thos) and a toasted almond...I knwo you can sense an ingrediant theme there. I went to a club a couple weeks ago and they had black russians there. I don't know whats in that but it looked interesting... My friends know all these fancy names for dinks and I'm wondering what exactly is in these drinks. So what's your favorite drink and whats it made of? Thanks!
