I have to wonder if open flames and pure oxygen in the same room would be advisable.
It would probably be a niche market similar to cigar bars but there would be a target demographic to appeal to.

Sounds like an excellent idea but smokers are a bigger target than the tali-ban right now so it may have to be an underground club

I would not . I smoke but hate sitting in a smoke-filled room, don't know why, i have never smoked in a restaurant, other peoples homes or my own. I am a saint.
