Room temperature water. Lots of it. Room temperature water is more hydrating to the body, less difficult on the stomach and will also make your mouth feel less disgusting. Take some dry toast with you to work, and a banana if you have one. Keep drinking the water all day--don't wait until you feel thirsty.

Next time, take two tylenol with a large glass of water before you go to bed. If you know you're going out to party, have the water by your bed and the tylenol there, too, so you won't forget.

And because I'm a mom, I have to say this: don't party too much! You can have a lot of fun without getting wasted, and you'll be safer and healthier, too! A slight "buzz" is so much nicer than "wasted," don't you find?

Loads of fruit - apples, oranges, pineapple, bananas strawberries - anything to help replace nutrients and sugars for energy and will also make your mouth taste less like a pig was sick in it last night.

Cheese on toast with chilli sauce and ham for carbohydrate (2 slices, best eaten when you're still drunk). This is NOT good for you, but will help mop up the excess insulin produced by a night on the nasty.

Iced tea/coke for the caffeine, also cold things slow down your digestion and let you metabolise the alcohol more slowly. Ice cream is also good for this, have you tried a coffee milkshake? Red Bull or any other energy drink will perk you up, but once the massive caffeine hit wears off you'll feel worse - best avoided!

Masses and masses of water, and an aspirin for the headache.

Hope it was a good night!

In my experience coffee is one of the worst things for a hangover anyway, you're already dehydrated and the caffeine not only stimulates your heart to beat faster, but gives you're liver and kidneys even more work!
The key is to rehydrate. This means replacing water AND the salts lost while you were enjoying the alchobevs.
I would suggest Alka Seltzer or a similar remedy (always read the warnings). Eat something healthy by not too heavy and drink water until you're urine is pale yellow.
Good luck...

A fry up and paracetamol washed down with a coke will work wonders for the initial jolt, then drink plenty of water and get an early night. Alternatively start drinking again now and that should sort you out!

best cure - obviously don't drink - but as we are only human and we don't listen to ourselves try couple of pain killers, soluble as they get there quicker, deep breaths, plenty of water, chocolate cake! mmm, going for a drink now. Sleepless night, can't cure that but if you can grab 40 winks this lunchtime do so, 10 minute power nap works wonders. Hope you feel better soon.

For every 100ml of alcohol that you drink make sure that you drink atleast a 1000ml of water. It helps keep the dehydration rate low and lets you sleep peacefully and there would be no hangover. The difficult part of the deal is you might need to get up atleast twice during the night to pee. :)

Ouch. Yeah that jager will do it you. Sometimes it takes people over 24 hours to recover. Absolutley don't drink cofee you'll just feel like crap and be awake. Try drinking something carbonated and not caffinated and just relax and give your body rest. You should be able to fall asleep and wake up feeling better. If you have the headache part its ok to take advil or asprin.

best cure is, dont drink in the first place, even more so if you know you got to work the next day,and the other option is go to bed and get some sleep, and drink a pint of water and have a pain killer before you do!

I'm in the same state. Had a skin full last night. Water, fresh orange and plenty of carbs! Oh and a good night's sleep tonight ... can't wait for 5 o'clock.
