ok seriously, if the worm was still alive the apple would be relatively safe to eat but you dont know how long the worm has been dead. thus it could have already started decomposing and spreading bacteria. unless you wanna have ur **** flow out of ur *** for the nest few days, dont eat it. eating healthy doesnt pay. grab a pack of potato chips.

The only thing worse than finding a worm in your apple is finding half a worm in your half-eaten apple.

I have eaten many an apple that way and I have also found a half eaten worm in my half eaten apple and I am still around. It won't hurt you.
