I am a bartender and I have a few ideas on what can be done at our bar. For several of these ideas to work, I need to get in some additional equipment. This would include a few new coolers including a kegerator for draft beer. The problem that I have is that I do not have the spare time to research prices for the different equipment myself because of my work schedual and the family (mainly our newborn). If someone could take the time to look for the best prices for coolers and the like and let me know what they find, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

im 18 yrs old(i know its illegal and stupid for me to drink) i only drink about once at month at a party or small get together with friends. My fathers family has a history of alchoholics my dad was an alchoholic untill i was born. Everytime about 2-3 weeks after i drink i start craving it again im not sure if its mental or what but if i can make it 4 or 5 weeks without drinking the cravings go away untill i end up being stupid and going to a party again. do u think i would become and alchoholic if i continued to drink or would i be able to control the habit if i only did it once every 3-4 weeks

Here is a mixed drink that I came up with. I would like you to try it out and rate it for me, 10 being best and 1 being bad. Also I don't have a name for it, maybe you could suggest one.
6 oz. coke
1 oz. Captain Morgan Spice Rum
1/2 oz. Malibu Rum
1/2 oz. Cream de Banana
Pour in high ball glass filled with ice
enjoy

Your kitchen, you say?? NO!

True Guinness drinkers know when a pint has been poured correctly. So what bar in this small world of ours pours the best Guinness?

Leave the website with your answer, if they have got one.

To make alcohol i know you use sugars and yeast. But does it matter what the source of the sugar is? Can i just use grain sugar bought from a store and mix it with yeast from a store and let it sit and ferment? I've done this before and i think i got some percent alcohol but i never seperated it from the water and other stuff.

I remember going to this Bed and Breakfast in San Francisco, CA, for my older brother's wedding back in 2001. I thought it was brandy that they had in a decanter or glass container with a top, and I asked my mom if I could try it even though I had a few months to go before I turned 21 and she said a little. I could taste the alcohol but it was kinda sweet-like. Anyway, I thought it was brandy. I don't know if it was, but I decided to get some last night and I settled for St. Remy Napoleon Brandy, made in France. It was only about $10 for 750 ml, 80 proof. Once I tried it this afternoon, it was not sweet. It was pretty harsh in fact. I figured since it was made from wine it would be less of a burn going down. What can I mix it with to make it the mixture tastes good? If it has a bit of a spike to it, okay, but I don't want to have to wince every time a take a swallow. Preferably, not more liqeurs I have to spend money on. Fruit juice or soda or whatever...Thanks.
