how do you make wine?

i learned that if yo crush up grapes and cover them with a ballon it makes wine but when i crushed grapes, put them in a water bottle and put the ballon over it, moldy fungus stuff started growing. what did i do wrong?

Hehe...no. Making home made wine is not easy...but it can be done. You need yeast as well to create the fermenting process. It's similar to the beer making kits that you can buy at the store. I've actually heard that you can make wine from grape jelly. I personally never tried it...not my style, sorry.

You need to add something to ferment the grapes, most likely ingredient would be sugar.
Also whatever you put the grapes into has to be sterile or it will just turn into fungus or mould.

you can't be serious can you? wine takes years to age properly in a bottle! do a search on the internet on how to make wine(what you should have done in the first place)

it is nearly impossible to make wine at home. for starters, you need specialized grapes, which are crushed then placed into barrels and aged.
