if you mean which one is more alcoholic, then probably rum. Depending on the brand, you can have upto 160 proof rum. Whisky isn't that high.
If you mean which one tastes better, then probably rum cause whisky is harsh. But this is a personal opinion, so theres no real answer...

The Whisky turn down your blood pressure, the rum turns up your sugar lever....
Also you have less hang over with the whisky.
The rums smells too much.
Depends on your kind of party...

After two separate intense evenings in Toyko's Roppongi district I've come to these two conclusions.
Whisky = Erratic behaivior and intense hangover.
Rum = Fun-loving behaivior and no (if any) hangover.

That depends on your personal preference.
I used to drink Rum drinks because they had a better taste in my opinion.

Whichever you prefer the taste of. If your just interested in getting hammered,. whisky is probably a better choice, because its lower sugar content will cause you fewer problems iin the morning.

I prefer rum, whiskey makes my head hurt after the first taste. That's why I don't drink it.

It's just preferences, really. I love rum; I drink it on ice whenever I can. My roommate loves whiskey.

I like rum! It is a little more smoother and it doesnt have that weird taste like whiskey

Whiskey - It goes down allot smoother than Rum in my opinion :)
