Singles & Dating - 14 March 2007

So I have had this great guy friend for about a year now (he is not anything other than a guy friend... we have never "done" anything) Anyways, he recently figured out that I was ticklish on the sides of my belly... He doesn't tickle me very gently he is somewhat aggressive and playful about it (which tells me that he likes me as a friend)... but when I try and stop him he just kinda leaves his hands on my waist for a while (he stops tickling) and keeps his hands there for about 5-10 seconds... I'm a bit confused... His aggression shows that we are only friends, but does leaving his hands on my waist show that he might like me more than friends...

Is there anything that I can do while he is resting his hands on my waist that can determine if he likes me more than a friend?

No stupid answers please... This is a serious question and I would really like some reasonable answers...

Why is it that when ugly fat guys with a lot of money look for a girl to spoil and hope to get some in return, they typically go to strip clubs? Obviously those girls really aren't impressed by guys with money since they see big rollers all the time. Then some idiot thinks that he can take the girl out of that life into something better and tries to prove it by showing he can take care of her with his money. Then the fool gets played, taken to the bank and the girl is at the club hustlin the next sucker. And while she was making this guy feel like he was her savior, she was milkin other guys for cash on the side. Then the guy gets burnt. And what does he do? He tries his luck at another shady place hoping to find the trophy girl that he can impress. Why doesn't the guy realize that there are plenty of hot girls (face and body) that wouldn't play him and would appreciate it, but he continues to look in the worst places? (FYI - This isn't me - I don't have any money, wish I did)

My reaction is literally "run and hide". It seems that eye contact has never worked for me. I feel too embarrassed about it to find the courage and lift my eyes. So even if I like the guy, in the end I push him away. In general I prefer to meet men as friends and not straightaway as boyfriends. However, sometimes I can't help thinking that maybe this way I end up throwing happiness away with both hands. What should I do?

ok i have been with my boyfriend for almost a year and my feelings for him are incredible and very intense and i know he is crazy for me but i have been thinking about telling him i love him for a little while now and i just don't really know if there is a good time or not.
He wants to take things slow and this is the slowest i have ever gone with someone and it feels amazing and i am scared i will screw things up if i tell him, i don't want to scare him away. Last month i just gave him keys to my house and he is here all the time other then work so from a guys point of view when would a good time to tell him be or is there any should i just spit it out and say it or what?

So, I was wondering if my best guyfriend likes me. We have always been extremely close and we tell each other almost everything. Everybody at school always say we should go out and stuff. Even our TEACHERS think we are going out! And we aren't. Last year, in 6th grade, he told me he liked me over the phone. I know talking on the phone doesn't really mean anything, but when we talk it is for like, literally 3 hours. Last year he would always put his arm around me in the hallways and stuff, like he was trying to make a move on me or something, but then it kind of faded away after he told me he liked me because I didn't really "respond" to it. But I told him I liked him this year, and I liked him last year too, and it is kind of coming back again. Like he is always walking close to me and is sort of...like...playing around. It is wierd. Hi, my names Jazmine. I'm 15 years old, and I am having a difficult time with this guy i have met last year, about 6 months ago. The day we met was great, he introduced himself, shook my hand, gave me his name, and set up a date to hang out :). We hung out and he let me know he was 20... :-/ BUMMER... first of all, my b/f's too old for this and I think taking it a step further. We've ben living togheter for a few months now, and slowly but surely he started to change, unlike before, now he ignores me most of the time, I try talking to him and I feel like I'm talking to myself, I might as well live with a regular roomate, its gotten so bad that I've ben considering just breaking up. Yet if he calls and he hears any guy or any laughing in the backround WHILE I'M AT WORK, he changes completely and tryes to b all lovable, and be extremely jealous, now he know I dispatch for nothing but guys, so he knows why there might b some around, I just dont get how cold he can be at home making me feel he probably doesnt love me anymore yet be jealous over dumb thing, can anyone just clarify that for me.

I dated a guy for 7 months last year, but he dumped me, he told me he wasn`t going to have enough time to be with me so he didnt know what to do, till he knew or not I decided to stop talking to him. Okay so i really really like my boyfriend. The problem is a bunch of people said he cheated on me because he is a year older he cheated on me with someone his age. A lot of my friends say the saw him kissing a girl at a party on saturdy but he told me nothing happened and then some other people told me their like all over each other at school whenever im not around so im not sure who to believe plus i really love him and he says he loves me and whoever started the rumur is just jealous. kk, so im 16 right now, and i really like this girl, but she thought that i wanted to break up wit her , and there was confusion and everything cause i didnt want to break up with her because i realy, realy like her... and she means so much to me.
