I'd guess you're a teenager and possibly a virgin. If that's the case, 3 weeks is definitely too early. Don't lose your virginity until you feel ready for it, and definitely don't ever have sex with a guy who's pressuring you for it, cuz he's just going to use you. Trust me, I've been used for sex and it sucks!
