she glances at me, walks past me without eye contact, stands next to me but doesnt say anything.is she shy, uninterested or both? . either way its a tall order to even smile, even though i like her. we are both single with children could i have some feminine insight ?

maybe she is shy. did you try talking to her. atleast you can stop wondering . plan a play date with the kids.

I think you should stop and ask her why she's ignoring you.Maybe she likes you she just doesn't show it or she just doesn't like you.Try calling her if that doesn't work.
